My France with Manu is an Australian TV series on Channel 7. We had the pleasure of organising all the logistics and locations here in the the Basque Country last Autumn. Its also Manu’s first time catching something whilst being recorded!! Must have been the crew…..
We taught Manu how to cook a very traditional Basque dish, Squid in Ink Sauce!! You cant beat catching, cooking and eating it all outdoors, by the sea!! All in all a great Basque Experience, we had a great time!! Here is one of the clips from the show!! Filmed in the old port of Getxo and with help from my mate Iñigo!!
